Costco Tire Service Center

This place is severely understaffed, and the wait times for tire rotations and new tire installations are ridiculous\. We had an absolute nightmare trying to replace one tire under warranty\. We were repeatedly told the tire had been delivered, so we would bring the car in, only to be told they couldn’t find the tire\. This happened **three different times**, wasting hours of our time and requiring multiple trips\. The manager eventually offered to replace the tire for free, which I appreciated, but they still couldn’t actually get us the tire\. At that point, I would have rather paid for the tire myself and had it replaced the same day than continue dealing with this situation\. The small savings on tires at Costco simply aren’t worth the hassle, frustration, and time you can end up wasting\. **I would not recommend the Costco Tire Center based on this experience\.**

I had an emergency with my tire on the i-75 I wanted to go home in a terrible weather and even when I did not make an appointment, they took care of my car and they where very kind and they did the job supper fast. The prices are very accesible. However I needed a membership. Great job, I can recommend them

I do not recommend coming here for any appointments. For a simple tire patch, they told me I’d have to wait two days and that they could not slide me into any appointment. That’s after waiting in line for 45 minutes. The wait time alone to be told that is worth going anywhere else.

Literally took them two and a half hours for a simple tire repair. With an appointment. I don't even know how that happens. Seems like they prioritized every single customer besides me. Had tire rotations performed in half the time at every single other Costco I've been to in at least 5 different states. Won't be coming back.

If I could rate Costco Tire Service Naples Zero I would. After buying four new tires and riding in with a plug in my right front tire for my appointment the tire tech guy calls me after I dropped my car off to let me know he couldn't get my right front rim off to change the tire. At first, I thought it was a joke, so I asked are you serious? He then told me his manager couldn't get the tire off either and as a result I was told they couldn't preform the service. I returned to Costco tire center Naples FL and got my car and refund for the service; I kept the four tires. After loading the tires into my car and proceeded to go home I had my right front tire blow out on interstate 75. I was able to exit my vehicle, jack the car up and change the tire by hand on the side of the road in 15 mins. The lug nuts came off without any problem. If you are in need of a good tire service with good customer service, I would avoid Costco Tire Service in Naples FL as I also witnessed one of the tire tech guys turn down a nice old lady that was the first client in the door for service because she didn't have an appointment. He was very rude and disrespectful to her. At one point before she left, sh
